• Sign in. Use Google or an emailed sign-in link — there's no password to remember.
• Add your details. A short set-up asks for your names and wedding date, then takes you to your dashboard.

From your dashboard, open Design to choose your theme, colours, fonts, opening and the film or photo at the top of your invitation. Open Sections to add, reorder and edit the content — venue, timeline, dress code, accommodation, gallery, gifts and more.

The phone preview updates as you type, and every change saves automatically. Your content is kept separate from the theme, so you can try different looks without losing any wording. For a walk through every screen, see inside your dashboard.

• Publish your invitation when you're ready. You can keep editing afterwards — guests always see the latest version.
• Add your guests one by one or import a spreadsheet. Each guest gets their own personal link.
• Send each invitation by WhatsApp, text or email from your own device, or copy the link to share it your way. Your guest list shows who you've sent to and who has opened it.

Replies appear in your dashboard as they arrive, with dietary requirements, plus-ones and answers to any questions you've added. Set an RSVP deadline and a plus-one allowance per guest so nobody can reply for more places than you've offered.

On Premium and Bespoke you can group guests into categories and ask extra questions, such as song requests or transport needs.

Sign in any time from the sign-in page using the same email or Google account you bought with. Your invitation stays live until one year after your wedding date.

• My sign-in link has expired. Links are single-use and time-limited — request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
• A guest says their link doesn't work. Check the invitation is published. If you regenerated that guest's link, the old one stops working, so send them the new one.
• Music isn't playing. Browsers only allow sound after a tap, so music starts when your guest opens the invitation. Check their phone isn't on silent.
